What we do is provide you with the Alaska Real Estate Commission approved 40 hour pre-licensing course that you must take before taking a state exam to get your real estate license. Once you have gone through one of our classes and passed the test you will begin interviewing, many of our students are now working as sales associates for Prudential Jack White Vista Real Estate which is co-sponsor of our class.
