We provide you with the Alaska Real Estate Commission approved 40 hour pre-licensing course that you must take before taking a state exam to get your real estate license. Our goal is to prepare you for the state real estate test so you can pass it on the first opportunity. Once you have gone through one of our classes and passed the test you will begin interviewing with brokers for a position in a real estate office.
